ZactoArt prints are produced at a local printer
about 30 miles from my home.
I will be driving there to pick up orders on Friday afternoons,
packaging the orders on the weekend and shipping on Mondays.
Orders received before Wednesday P.M. will generally be printed the
same week.
Zactomodels model parts are shipped within a
day or two of me receiving the order if I have the parts in stock.
If I don't have the parts in stock I try to keep the homepage updated
as to the current status of back-orders.
Unfortunately I am dependent on outside vendors for many of
my products which can result in delays.
I will refund any back-order purchases if you do not wish to wait, just
e-mail me...
Standard shipping is though the U.S. post office,
USPS.
First Class for U.S. customers, First Class International Airmail for
international customers.
ZactoArt prints are shipped in a sturdy white
tube.
Zactomodels model parts are carefully packed and shipped in
a sturdy white box.
Occasionally the postal carriers are 'rough'
with packages.
Please inspect the contents of your package immediately and contact
me if anything is damaged
or broken so we can arrange return, replacement or refund of the product.
