Zactomodels model parts are shipped within a day or
two of me receiving the order if I have the parts in stock.
If I don't have the parts in stock I try to keep the homepage updated
as to the current status of back-orders.
I will refund any back-order purchases if you do not wish to
wait, just e-mail me...
Standard shipping is though the U.S. post office,
USPS.
First Class for U.S. customers, First Class International Airmail for
international customers.
I do my best to keep S&H costs as low as I can but USPS continues
to raise prices.
The S&H I charge is based on actual postage rates plus about
$1.00 or less for the box.
Zactomodels model parts are carefully packed and shipped in
a sturdy white box.
Occasionally the postal carriers are 'rough' with packages.
Please inspect the contents of your package immediately and contact
me if anything is damaged
or broken so we can arrange return, replacement or refund of the product.
